I've been a fan of Johnny Reid for a while but Friday night was the first time I've had the opportunity to see him live. The show was truly amazing! He exploded onto the stage with a song from his latest album, Dance With Me. He then followed with Old Flame and stepped into the audience and shared dances with any number of thrilled fans. Johnny's richly textured voice very effectively communcates the "real life" themes with which he deals. This was most effectively demonstrated when he sang a song about his beloved grandmother who passed away this past summer. The previously rowdy crowd was completely silent as they soaked in the deeply meaningful ballad, a truly most memorable moment. Given the opportunity, I would definitely see him again.

Have been to see Johnny Reid twice and will go again...and again...and again! He puts on a fantastic show. Went to see him at the Queen E in Vancouver and a venue I can't remember in Kamloops a few days later. He put on a great show at both venues both times but the Kamloops show was very disappointing as the crowd there seemed to be more interested in running about with plastic glasses of beer, spilling them all over as they climbed back into their seats and being on the rowdy side. I'll try to stick to the big city venues as the Vancouver show definitely was more civilized.

Was a great show. Love Johnny Reid. Nice to see him headline for the first time. We had wonderdul seats and saw everything up close. Nice! Would go again for sure!

Was an excellent concert!! Loved all his energy. He sang wonderful and so enjoy his songs and music. Was a nice surprise to see Theron Flurry sing, he did well too.

Johnny Reid is amazing! This is one of the best shows that we have seen in the Saddledome. This is the second time we have seen him and he is one of the most personable singers we have seen. He loves his fans! We can't wait to see him again. He puts so much into his concerts and really wants to please his fans.

Love Johnny and have been following him for years. I have been to 5 or 6 of his concerts but I'd have to say this was my least favorite performance. Probably because he was in a larger venue they all felt they had to be louder to compensate. I felt his band overpowered him and he is best as a balladeer but that didn't come through this time. Sorry Johnny -still love your cd's though!

What a great showman!!! Well worth the ticket price and I'd go again and again. He interected so well with the audience, even walking out amongst the fans and greet all those he could come in contact with. Fabulous night!!!

This was an excellent concert. The music and the back-up singers compliment Johnny Reid's style perfectly. Reid is the consummate entertainer! One could not ask for a better mix of new material with familiar tunes. My 3 guests who were not familiar with Johnny Reid mentioned several times during the evening that they were very pleased with the concert. I always enjoy the personal stories that Reid shares with the audience. I think one of the highlights of the evening was when he announced his wife was in attendance and he sang "Thank You" .

We were sitting in the nose bleed section - but at least we could hear him and our view was not at all obstructed (only by distance). But so much better to be able to hear him as opposed to the seats on the side in section 107 where we sat to see Brad Paisley and couldn't make out one word that he said - we were so sad as we love Brad.

Johnny is really thankful for his stardom and lets the public know that they are responsible for getting him there. Such an honest down to earth kind of guy!

Loved the whole concert, including the Stellas and Theoren Fleury. Music (sound systems) were too loud to be able to enjoy the beautiful voices we were hearing. I prefer to listen to Johnny on CD in my car! Johnny's personality is so warm and friendly and he is such a humble chap considering his rising stardom. He could Dance with Me any time! The fact that he had two stages so that the audience all had good chance to see him speaks volumes of how he views his fans.

All 3 of my daughters and I were lucky enough to obtain tickets to the Johnny Reid concert. Our seats were quite far back on the floor, however Johnny Reid made a point of coming out into the crowd and shook my eldest daughters hand, she was so happy! I would highly recommend Johnny Reids concert to anyone, he is one of the most Sincere and Passionate Entertainers we have seen. I would love to see him win Entertainer of the Year - he is so deserving! It also show up as to how much of a family man he is, very nice to see this!
