We took our 3 kids (9,7,and 18mths) an they all love it! The older kids were singing along and were interacting with there little sister! The songs were amazing and my kids danced and sang the whole time! I would go again in a heart beat! The play zone and the far to face with the characters with really fun! The kids got to see them all up close and it made there day!

Lots of singing and dancing. Saw all most all of the Sesame characters. The lead singer did a great job and had a good voice.

How could you not love Sesame Street? Great seats and a ton of fun! My daughter couldn't stop dancing in the aisles. One of our favorite events every year. :)

Elmo Makes Music was a great show to take our niece who is two years old. She was enthralled with the performance and couldn't take her eyes off the stage the entire show. The show was energetic with good songs and bright lights and colours. She loved when they turned the disco ball on and the whole theatre looked like stars on the ceiling and walls. The Move and Groove before the show (one hour before and open to all ticket holders) was a little bit disappointing. It was small and not enough to do for an entire hour since it was really only cut outs of the characters to pose with. We could have shown up 20 minutes before and that's all the time we would have needed. Also, there were a couple of characters that came out into the lobby but unless you were in the front row it was very hard for the kids in the back to see anything.

It was a great concert! I was worried my two year old wouldn't sit still....Elmo and the gang had her attention the whole time.
I wouldn't waste your time gong an hour early for the meet and greet. It really wasn't a meet and greet.

We were super excited to see the show. My niece is 2 years old. Unfortunately, within 10 minutes of the start of the show, my niece started crying and saying "Too loud!". We were hoping that the volume might normalize, but it didn't... We left.
To be fair, my sister and I also found the show too loud and we have been to many live performances, concerts etc.
Perhaps it was the average high pitch of the show score or the acoustics in the Bob Carr. All in all, we were very disappointed.

The storylIne was ok, the songs were ok, the singing itself was good. Parking was pricey, the balloons and light up toys were outrageous. My son enjoyed it at age 3. I think by next yr he would have outgrown it

We had brought the Sunny Seats Photo pass on top of the show tickets and it was worth it. My 3 year old son loved getting the chance to meet, hug, kiss and take photos with both Elmo and Grover.
Reading the other reviews I thought it was exaggerating about having to spend between $50-$100 in merchandise, but it was true. A toy was $15, a t-shirt was $15, any food was $5-$10, plus the timing of bring out $10 Elmo balloons during the 15 minute intermission right in front of the stage was impeccable timing. You could almost hear all of the children saying, 'Elmo balloons!!' at the same time.
All in all, worth it seeing the great time my son had and it brought back childhood memories for my husband and I.

Great show, my 2 1/2 yr old absolutely loved it! Exceeded expectations, great tunes, good interaction, length appropriate. Very expensive $50 per ticket, $10 balloon, $ 15 CD, $6 popcorn = quick way to drop $150 bucks for a daddy & kid outing.
Oh well, Elmo doesn't come to town everyday.

Elmo makes music was great! My 2 year old sat through until the intermission (about an hour)
Then they brought Elmo balloons and of course she wanted one but they were overpriced and deflated once we got home.
After the intermission she didn’t want to sit still so went behind the floor seats so she could dance with the other kids. That was great until a lady who worked there told us to sit down?.
Overall the show was great and we would go again but maybe not buy the $50 seats since she didn’t even sit in hers

I took my non verbal 4yr to this, his first, live performance with some hesitation. He loved it so much he ate popcorn, sat the whole time and giggled so many times from the belly, it was worth it for me. I really enjoyed the storyline about Jenny the music teacher.
The only thing that would make it better is if the characters could do a meet & greet after the show for 20 mins.
The Playzone before the show with the little skits from the characters was top notch. Thank you Sesame Street Production for coming to Edmonton, AB, Canada.

My two year old daughter is a huge Elmo fan, she loved the show. We went early for the fun zone and she got hugs from all the characters, too bad Elmo wasn't part of fun zone. The interactive booths were okay but really once the characters are there that is all they want to see anyway! Great photo ops, but the safety line is right at kids face heights. Need to lower tape for little kid photos.

Sesame Street was a real treat. I was very impressed with the costumes. It was like taking the show out of the TV, and sticking it on stage. I do think everything was a bit over priced, but that is to be expected. What wasn't expected was not being able to visit the sesame street room after the show. We got to the show 30mins early, and was told we could visit the room after. So we went and splurged on merchandise, and bought a snow cone. Then after the show, was told the room was closed between shows. My daughter was devastated. When you pay that much for tickets and toys/food, I expect to see everything the show has to offer. It was very disappointing. All in all, the show was really good. Just make sure to arrive early so you can experience everything.

The absolute best thing about the show was the music - it was enjoyable for the children and the adults! Our kids got so excited when the characters went into the audience saying hi to the kids & giving high 5's. They were completely engaged in the show the entire time. The playzone before was an incredible idea unfortunately we only had 5 minutes there before having to find our seats. It would have been nice if it was opened for a little bit after the show too- the 3yr old kept asking to go back and play. We would take the kids again and highly recommend this show to anyone with young children.

I wasn't too sure how my kids would react at 10 months and 2.5 years old but they loved it! I thought it was a great show, the music and interaction with audience was really good! The play zone was alright... but it was nice to have an area for the kids to burn off some energy before the show!
