1. The Half time show = who cares? This was about a football game.
2. The ARGOS won and the whole pregame festival was fantastic. Lots of sour grape comments here.
3. If you want to pay 1000 times as much to see a corporate only event and see Madonna , pay to see a , Superbowl. At least the Rogers Centers lights don't go out for 30 minutes during the game...lol...

We had a great time, the Argos were in top form. One negative was the half time show, from where we were sitting we could only see the back of the performers. The small tv which was in our area did not show the half time show, which would have helped. Perhaps if it was at the other end, the people at that end could have least seen the show on the jumbo tron.

Grey Cup 2012 was an amazing experience for me and my dad who has been an Argo fan since 1945. The street parties leading to the game were lively and loads of fun, and offered entertainment for every age. It was fun to see every fan wear their team colours, and be super proud of CANADIAN football. The game was entertaining, and the performers showed off some Canadian talent. Canada's best party was super!!!! Can't wait for next year's! Congratulations, Toronto!

The football was great, the atmosphere amazing and the crowd were in good heart. The only blemish on the day was the half time entertainment, as an average person and not the target demographic putting on Carly & Justin was not a good choice for the crowd. I also believe his to b the case for time viewers. Nothing against either but not what your average middle aged man wants to see (most of the crowd).
I would criticize the trophy ceromany as this was hidden from my seating position by the CFL flags, it would have been better for all the fans if they could see this, and this was at the Argo's home side seating that could not see.

Great job Toronto, the parties were fantastic and all of the events were great out on the streets. Too bad the Lions weren't in the game as it would have made way more interesting. We paid over $400 on row 12 on the 45 yard line for obstructed view seats. The rise is slow on the seats there and we were constantly trying to look through players to see the game. Then the fans in the first few rows in front of us stood for the whole game as they couldn't see past the players either. The actual game experience was not good. Seats are very tight inside Skydome. Would go again but would not pay that kind of money for crappy seats.

The 100th Grey Cup will only happen once...hosted by Toronto...with the Argonauts playing...and winning.
The game itself was not a classic. However this was my first Grey Cup game so I was pretty excited to be there. I would recommend this event to any sports fan to attend at least once in their life.
I will likely attend when it comes back to Toronto.

It could and should, have been the Party` of the Century and it wasn't .... and no I would not recommend it to anyone. Especially when those of us traveling to it from any distance who spent 3500 - 5000 dollars to be there. They dropped the ball on this one Big Time.
Seats were cramped, hot and poor visibility ...

The line-ups to get into Rogers Center for the Grey Cup were not efficiently organized...poorly managed...had to wait in line for about an hour...thinking that the line was barricaded all the way to gate 2..once you made it to the top of the deck..there was no barricade..it was essentially a free for all..those enjoying their hot dogs from the on deck vendors just joined into the line ..without having to line-up and bear the cold wind like the rest of us "good doobies" ..then there was a sign indicating men to the left and women to the right for the bag and body search..but by the time you reached that sign in front of gate 2 it was chaotic..men and women interspersed on both sides frantically trying to get into another line again...there was no control of this chaos...need to rethink the management of the line-ups...Also no indication who was selling and where the 50/50 tickets were being sold in the building...need electronic kiosks set-up like at Jets games in Winnipeg... also different merchandise was being sold at different levels...how ridiculous is that..this act needs to be cleaned up...make the experience more people friendly and more efficient..

3 Disappointments.
1)For the 100th Cup and the fact Toronto had warm weather with no chance of snow before or the week after the game you would have expected the Dome to be opened for a bit at least to allow a flyby to be seen and the smoke to clear from all the pyrotechnics.2) Expected Front Street to be more of a tailgate party but the alcohol sales were restricted to a few bars that were packed. The street was closed so a permit should have been granted to allow people inside the Front Street area to walk around with a drink.3) Outside of Gordon Lightfoot the half time show was geared to teeny boppers where as the crowd inside the dome was predominantly over 30.
