My wife and I caught one of the fina Phantom performances at The Venitian in Las Vegas. It's a shame that the show will end its run on September 2nd, because the quality of the peformance was superb in every category and the house was packed!
Just so happened that I was sitting under the biggest section of the chandelier...don't want to spoil it for anyone who ultimately catches a performance, but let's just say that I was extremely fortunate to be that close to the into and one of the climaxes.

Phantom Las Vegas is a must see Phantom production! Chances are, you've seen the stage production of Phantom somewhere else before, like Toronto, New York, London, or on tour. If you're heading to Vegas, grab tickets for Phantom Las Vegas. The revamped production is brilliant, cast stellar, and overall a great night out! The 'Las Vegas" style chandelier crash is worth the ticket price alone (very different from what you've seen with the other productions!). Grab your tickets now as Phantom Las Vegas closes after a long 6 year run...this September!

So Happy I was able to catch this production before it ends in September! It was jaw dropping from the start with a beautiful constructed theater and a mysterious moving chandelier!! If I had the time and funds I would totally go see it again and I am so sad that it is coming to an end in two months!! It is a must see for anyone, Go see it before its gone!!

My husband and I had a wonderful evening enjoying the Phantom show! The singing and acting were superb. There were two technical issues that were dealt with as quickly as possible, which was too bad, but did not ruin the show for us at all.
We will definately recommend this to anyone who asks!

I saw Phantom in Toronto and kind of liked it. Good deals on tickets in Vegas as show is closing out in September so wife and I decided to go. Outstanding does not do the show justice. The theatre is in the beautiful Venetian Hotel in the middle of the strip and is unlike any theater we had seen before. The ceiling is 100 feet high. The walls are draped in black to set the mood. A twenty foot diameter, fifteen foot high chandelier hangs in the middle and is set to drop. The theme and music are the same but the Vegas'style special effects make a world of difference. The actors/singers are world class as is the sound system and costumes. Don't be put off if there are only balcony seats left. We has first row balcony and they were great seats. I was so impressed with the show that it would have been a real loss if I had missed it. P. S. Wife loved it too.

The Theatre, sets and costumes are worth the price of admission alone but add to that the wonderful score and talented cast and you have more than a show, you have an event. I have seen Phantom on Broadway and felt the cast were going through the motions but this performance was full of energy. Truly better than Broadway!

I have seen the Phantom 5 times in different venues. The theatre at the Venetian is wonderful. The cast was spectacular and we enjoyed it a lot.

Although I have seen the Phantom several times before at different venues (including Pantages Theatre in Toronto) this was the most spectacular of them all. Well worth the $40 million invested in the theatre.
The voices were fantastic, the costumes out of this world and the orchestra flawless.

If you haven't seenPhantom anywhere before I would say to go see it, but it was not worth seeing it again. I first saw it in Vancouver and I thought that it would be amazing in Vegas but afraid not. I would not spend too much to see it.

It was the second time my wife and I saw the "Phantom of the Opera" and It was even more amazing at the Venetian Hotel. The theatre was purpose build for the Phantom and it is a must see when in Vegas.

We sat in Row 3 in the center. We could see the expressions on the actor faces and felt like we were in the show.
The Music from the orchestra was very powerful.
The only tip I would say is to get the full effect of when the Phantom brings down the house you should sit in Section 2 Rows, M though S, Seats 28 and 29 are the middle.

Love the Phantom - have seen it about 10 times. This version of Phantom was truly Vegas in its amazing sets and costumes. But the characterization of the Phantom himself was disappointing. He was played like the 'joker' in batman - deranged, not a sympathetic character at all. A truly great Phantom should be tragic. The viewer should be left half wishing that Christine could choose him. The story lost its emotional strength with this Phantom. But - if you can get last minute tickets so that you're not paying full price, this is still a show worth seeing ... the managers are really funny, Christine acts and sings brilliantly, and the sets and effects are worth seeing in themselves.
