We enjoyed the Queen City Ex, HOWEVER, I was not impressed with the run around I had when trying to redeem the day ride passes I purchased through Ticketmaster! It was stated on my receipt to pick the tickets up at the Will-Call office, after going there & being sent 4 different places only to return back to Will call where I eventually got the passes. But they still did not want to give them to me there & tried to get me to go back to another gate. After requesting a refund, the lady finally gave me my tickets. If they had tickets there in the first place, not sure why they couldn't give them to me! I had 4 children with me and it took us over an hour of walking to different places to receive our passes. NOT IMPRESSED!
