It has it all! Story, music dancing and just when I thought it couldn't get any better they did a tap routine! Great show - theatre was also wonderful - it was easy to get to, comfortable.

This is simply a fun, energetic musical with a highly talented cast. Corey Cott is exceptional in the lead role. Great voice, great acting and strong strong performer. If you want a good old fashioned fun time at a musical, I would definately recommend Newsies. One of the best I've seen, and I go ever year to see shows. Congrats to all the Newsies cast for a professional performance and overall great time.

The storyline is great, the singing is great too, but it's really the dancing that's the best. The whole cast is very talented. King of New York and Seize the Day are amazing!

Being a big Newsies fan since the movie came out in '92, I found the stage version to be similar enough for me to relate to, but different enough from the movie to keep me entertained. Though some parts I felt were missing.

HIGHLIGHTS - dancing, full company choreo routines were amazing. The use of set pieces to create so many "scenes" was brililant. Vocal harmony was flawless.
LOW LIGHTS - some over-acting; making characters less believable, that with the relatively simplistic plot made the show seem less "Broadway"

Overall, the show had quite a number of very well performed pieces, but somehow it didn't totally pull together for me.

Great dancing by cast. Singing was good as well. Storyline however was simple and predictable. I would not recommend to my adult friends. However, my 20 year old and 16 year old daughters very much enjoyed the show, the music and the dancing.

A fabulously entertaining, and very high energy show that has great music, a great cast, a clever set, and unbelievable dancing that is completely mind blowing! An over all amazing show!

A 6 out of 10 and that's only because of the energy of the cast. It's been 4 days and I can't remember a single melody. Totally forgettable.

Because there were so many empty seats, my partner and i moved to something much more comfortable.

Cast was amazing (including the understudy for Katherine).
Tony awards for best score and choreography were well deserved. We all walked out singing/humming different songs.
The people next to me told me it was their third time seeing this production. I can see why they keep coming back.

Thanks for an unforgetable evening!

A friend of mine and I went to see Newsie's with our 14 year old sons and we all absolutely loved it!! The actors were amazing and the actor who stood in for the lead that night was a star! He made the show in our opinion!! Thank you for a memorable night in NYC. My son said that it was one of the highlights of his vacation!!

Having watched the Disney movie many times with my family, I already knew the story line and some of the songs. The high energy of the actors, the terrfic dancing and the timeless "David and Goliath" theme made it a memorable evening that we highly recommend.
