Favourite moment: The Minneapolis crowd's reaction to the line "Feeling Minnesota" during Outshined. So glad I could be there for that. @
Setlist: Incessant Mace, Hunted Down, Flower, Outshined, Let Me Drown, Jesus Christ Pose, Gun, By Crooked Steps, Rhinosaur, Hands All Over, Away Too Long, My Wave, Day I Tried to Live, Blood on the Valley Floor, Blow Up the Outside World, Fell on Black Days, Zero Chance, Non State Actor, Eyelid's Mouth, Drawing Flies, Ty Cobb, Fresh Tendrils, Superunknown
-- Encore Break --
Spoonman, Rusty Cage, Slaves and Bulldozers @
Opening act(s): None, and it was perfect like that!!! @
This was my second Soundgarden show since they got back together, and I have to say that although the first show at Red Rocks in Colorodo in July of 2011 was really good, the show in Minneapolis was far better.
They're back on their game now, and except for a version of Zero Chance that sort of fell apart, every other song was solid. It was so great to hear them reaching back into the archives, and pulling up some songs that weren't necessarily hits but nonetheless awesome like Fresh Tendrils, Ty Cobb, and Rhinosaur.
Ben was also the life of the party. He's awesome to watch.
It was great to be there, and I'm glad these rock legends are back together and killing it again the way they used to.
