So funny of course! He makes you laugh from real life experiences! If you didn't get it or if you didn't think it was funny it was because you didn't live it. There were things he said that I didn't get and strange how many men did but somehow I was glad I didn't get it. Seemed to be crying at the end. Such is life!

vERY DISSAPPOINTED. i WAS SO LOOKING FORWARD TO HAVING A SORE STOMACH FROM SO MUCH LAUGHTER. I HAVE READ ROBIN'S AUTOBIOGRAPHY AND I SAW HIM THE PREVIOUS WEEK ON LETTERMAN. SO WHY DO I GET THE SAME THING EXCEPT IT COSTS ME $150.00 AND IT IS OVER IN 1 HOUR.

Very enjoyable evening, laughed pretty much from start to finish, especially at Robin William's manic behaviour. David Steinberg was also quite funny although definitely overshadowed by Robin. The stories were fresh and for the most part it wasn't just rehashed material. Great evening, great venue, great cause.

The format was a bit uncoventional. It's like sitting down and having coffee with a couple of friends who are reminissing about their past. Do not go and expect to find Robin Williams doing his stand-up routine. If you do, you will be disappointed. Overall the show was entertaining. They claim it's unscripted but they talked about stories mentioned by previous reviewers on this site. Likely they just recycle the stories. They are however, new to me. The ticket cost was a bit on the expensive side considering the format of the show.

Robin Williams was good but would have prefered to see him in a stand up comedy routine. When he did get up and start on something he was great but overall found it a little slow with the comedy.

We went expecting to see a show put on by one of the world's biggest/greatest comedy stars. We thought we would be leaving the show with sore, tear streaked cheeks from laughing so hard. Nope. What we saw was two older men reminising about school, movies & TV shows. Sure, there were some laughs, Robin is hilarious, when he lets loose, but unfortunately he didn't this night. And the price we paid for 1 hour & 25 minutes of anecdotes about starred in movies & TV, it's a good thing a charity was involved! I will think twice before I buy tickets to a "sit down with..." show again.

I had actually forgotten how funny David Steinberg could be, and the two worked well together: David so laid back, and Robin so wound up!

Robin Williams was great - just wish the show was all him. Having David Steinberg with him was boring. It would have been much better just to have 2 hours of Robin Williams!! The pre show chat by Martha Hart was too long.

Loved the format. Great storytelling by both. Robin Williams is so intelligent, charismatic & of course funny. David Steinberg was perfect in his role.
Owen Harts' widow needs to talk less. Especially about herself. I'd like to know more about what the charity does. But she needs to keep her talk time under 7-8 minutes.

Robin and David provided a truly memorable evening. My stomach is still hurting from the laughter. It was a rare gift to share the time with such special people in support of a great cause. A fine kick-off to the Christmas season!

We have been fans of Robin Williams for many, many years and were so looking forward to lots of laughs. The 1st 20 minutes or more were movie clips showing Robin Williams in his movies. So what.....I came to watch Robin Williams live. The actual sit down portion was about 45 minutes if that, then it was finished, done goodbye.

Even sitting in the back row, it was a fantastic show! Robin and David had me in stitches for the entire show and beyond!
The Owen Hart Foundation has outdone themselves once again with bringing stellar entertainment to Calgary, and all for a great cause.

I did not like the format of this event. I think Robin Williams needs to stand up to do what his fans expect him to do. David Steinberg was completely useless. In fact he seemed to get in the way. He was like a short leash on Williams.

Robin Williams was amazing like always but I feel that he's way too upbeat and funny for the whole sit down thing. The stand up he does alone is 10 times better and the whole sit down thing had way too much talking and not enough comedy, if I knew it was going to be like that I would of never bought tickets to this. Couple of times I noticed myself falling asleep and few people around me. It was unexpectedly calm and lacked more fun and actual comedy. I feel like I paid so much for 30 mins of his actual jokes and personality and rest was all bland, unfunny and boring. Robin Williams 2 thumbs up but sit down idea 2 thumbs down. I missed his upbeat standup that makes you laugh till you pee yourself! Not my type of comedy show bottom line.

Very simply put - this was a unique way to see Robin Williams, and it was excellent. Rather than a stand up act per se, Robin and David Steinburg simply were having an unscripted conservation with each other, as if they were out for a drink. It was very similar to watching Robin on a talk show with Letterman or Leno.

We were so amazed by Robin Williams, to see him and laugh, and I mean laugh for 2 complete hours. He has never been to Calgary, so we have said over and over this was an once in a lifetime moment. Thanks for making us laugh and for your unforgetable talent.

It was so great having Robin in Calgary for the first time ever. The best part was when David would make him laugh, even his own laughter is great!! Amazing to see one of my favourites in person. A dream come true!
