I enjoyed the opening band as well as Blue Rodeo. They show great potential. The blue rodeo as usual were outstanding. I am always amazed at their incredible talent. The solo highlights were wonderful and beyond belief. The piano, guitar and violin solos were spectacular. The singing was great. The band seemed to be really happy and enjoying their work on stage.

Favourite moment: Of course it was when the entire audience stood up to dance and sing to their classics. A concert where you can actually participate is the best! @

Opening act(s): Cuff the Duke and their lead singer Wayne Petti were outstanding. You can tell this is a band that will go a long, long way. I look forward to attending many of their concerts in the future and made sure to pick up their CD to enjoy at my leisure. @

Blue Rodeo consistently delivers the best quality in a music experience. They touch the hearts and minds of all their audience and take us on a roller coaster ride from their tried and true classics to their new and innovative music masterpieces. I love how they have not changed the quality of their concerts from the first time I saw them 20 years ago.

The songs from their new record seem to be more thought provoking but what makes them so special is that you always get that variety with Blue Rodeo. Music that highlights the talents and expertise of each of their members.

Calgary loves Blue Rodeo and always will - they are our top Canadian band!

It was a wonderful evening. They played all the old songs plus a lot of new ones. My seats were great. I love seeing them in concert and try to go whenever they are in town.

Blue Rodeo outdid themselves yet again. They played a mix of their new music and old hits. They played an amazing 2.5 hr show with only a 15 min break. This included two encores by the way.

Just one warning, they did not have the usual opening act. They started at show time.

Blue Rodeo with the addition of Colin Cripps on guitar played with a bite and fire that was hugely entertaining. I found the sound a bit muddy at the beginning, but it improved as the concert went on. I enjoyed the addition of new songs from their upcoming album, so that the concert wasn't just a greatest hits collection ( not that there is anything wrong with that) but a demonstration that Blue Rodeo is still a vital and creative force.

They were awesome again!!! They performed songs from the first album right up to the upcoming one. Loved the light show and the slides. Just love the band period no matter what they do.

Our first time seeing Blue Rodeo live and now I can't believe we waited this long. We'll make sure to see them any time they're in town. Hamilton Place was a great, small venue with great sound. Jim Cuddy and Greg Keelor's voices are incredible live and the band...amazing.

Great show. Hard to believe they've been together for 25 years! They've still got it! Felt like we were in their living room, with awesome music playing!

Only suggestion for Hamilton Place is to stop the in and out during the songs. We had 2 people in front of us who came and went 6 times during the show. Not the venue for that kind of back and forth.

Fantabulous! If you can get closer, it would be better. Our seats were separated but we asked the people sitting there to shift down one and there was no problem. The sound was still amazing the view was ok but far away.

Loved the show - started with my all time favorite song and then it just took off. One of the best shows I've seen them do.... Music was great!!! Really liked the range of songs performed - from first album to upcoming album. You could hear a pin drop during My Dark Angel.... loved the encores - especially the last one - acoustic!!! I'd go to see them anytime!!!! They really ROCK!!!!
