Banners, Octopus and Lights everywhere. I just wanted to see my Wings play, but it did add to the atmosphere. A close game until the Wings pulled away with minutes left in the second, never looking back. I always remember the game, but the show was memorable as well. Go wing 2009/10!!!

We were lucky to catch a red hot Hawks team coming in against a Wings team that needed a win.
The game itself was very entertaining with Chicago winning in a shootout.
The rink, Joe Louis is very old and run down with very small seats and no leg room. That being said, there isn't a bad seat in the house and our $60 per ticket was well worth the money.
I'll definitely return!!

The Blackhawks were the boss in this game. They fore checked my Wings and kept them on their toes for most of the game. The Wings made a great come back, but Todd Bertuzzi could not get us the shoot out goal we needed.

We were six boys from quebec city, with the Nordiques Nation and we've been well received by the redwings fans !!!! It was an awesome game that will be in our memories for long time .

It was not the Wings night. The Predators were fast in the centre ice area and controlled the Wings for most of the game. Their goalie was on his game and very quick.

Detroit fans are the best! Great game, great atmosphere, excellent stadium! Even with our level 200 seats the view is great, everyone loves their home town team and it makes for an awesome experience! We will be going to more games next season! Good luck in the playoffs RedWings!!!

it was a game of early period fast goals for the Hurricanes that left the crowd at the joe quiet, and surprised. Then late in the second and into the third, the experienced Wings drew on their veteran experience, turned up the speed and put the puck in Carolina's net, four times to come back and win. They turned the game around and got out of the Hurricane

Saw the Avs and Wings play at the Joe on Feb. 25 th. Enjoyed the experience. The Joe is a bit beat up but it's still a great place to see a game. Great sight lines...energetic fans......good sound system. Only real complaint was the line ups at the washrooms especially for the men....those old troughs need an upgrade

I attend Winnipeg Jet games so i know what a loud crowd is but when 21,000 plus are into the home team it makes for a great experience. If it wasn't for the fact Air Canada had us delayed for 5 hours leaving Winnipeg we would have been able to experience more of the "JOE" as we had planned. It was so nice to see all those banners hanging from the rafters. The four of us enjoyed the whole experience. One guy even went home with a Helm "game stick" which his son was ecstatic about as Helm is from this area. All in all it was a "10"

With the Red Wings two wins away from tying the home wins record, the crowd was going nuts. It all came down to the 3rd Round of the Shootout to decide it and it got loud like it was Game 7 of the final.
