This "expo" as they call it was the most crowded, oversold show I've ever been too. There was no room to move as the crowd overwhelmed the limited exhibit space.
Each of the booths had someone of interest but because of the poor planning by the organizers nobody knew where line-ups started or ended.
Hopefully they will think of the fans and not just their wallets in the future.

As a first timer and non-bodybuilding type I really had no idea what to expect. The Bodybuilding Finals was split up throughout the evening which was great. The Bikini? Finals was a complete waste of time because I'm pretty sure all the women, while very attractive just stand there and look good in a bathing suit. What skill is there in that?? Also, there was the final event of the Strongman which was cool.
A good time all-around.

I went to the Women's Bodybuilding, Fitness, and Figure International Finals and it was just incredible see that level of athlete competing for big money and bragging rights. I also went to the Men's Arnold Classic Pro pre-judging and was blown away by the size and conditioning of the competitors. The Arnold Expo was huge and full of fit and fabulous people. I met so many Pros and got tons of free product samples to try out. Arnold and Sylvestre Stallone were both there!
