We bought passes for the entire senior event and had a wonderful time. The event staff were all very nice and the concession food in The Hershey Centre was very good, if a little pricey. Competitors are everywhere so easy to get photos and autographs. Met and spoke with P.J., Liz Manley, and Debbie Wilkes. Every one of them asked my daughter if she was a skater (she is) and what level and club she was with. Liz even remembered her from a training event, 2 years ago, that they did together. Watched practice sessions, and even got Kaitlyn Osmond's autograph during the gala performance! She's a lovely young lady and we were thrilled for her performances and resulting title. We're hoping to enjoy it again in Ottawa next year.

It was a fantastic event with lots of great skating. I"m never disappointed at these events. The only problem was the disorganization with the entry to the venue for the evening events. I purchased tickets for the Saturday evening for my sister and niece. They had to stand outside with a mob of other people. The venue did not open the doors until shortly before the first event of the evening started. Because so many people had to wait to get in, my sister and niece missed the beginning of the evening show. Anyhow, they did enjoy the event.

We were so pleased to see the Senior Dance finals and witness such great skating from our Canadians.
However, for the Gala, please be mindful of people who have reactions to strobe lighting and the wave type lighting. There were no warnings anywhere that strobes or the wave effect lighting would be used. Running these lighting effects each can trigger mirgraines and nausea in some people, including my friend and I.

My daughter and I enjoyed every minute! She especially liked the gala as it gave her and i a chance to see other skaters we had not seen over the event. My only disappointment was that the winners of the novice category did not perfrom at the gala....they are champions too!! My daughters coach won in the novice category and would have loved to have seen a performance.

The Canadian Figure Skating Championships were amazing this year. There were wonderful performances as expected by the seasoned veterans but also awesome skates by so many up and coming skaters. It was wonderful to see and be a part of the incredible support the audience gave to all of the skaters. Bring on the Worlds in London ... Canada is ready!

Great to see the depth and talent of such young dedicated people. The costumes were stunning and the performances were outstanding. Finally saw Patrick Chan live. He was impressive. He makes it all look so effortless and easy...which we all know is not the case.

What a great time. Too bad the concession stands selling beer etc. close a bit early. The other issue being that I couldn't see what the music was that they were skating to - had to wait until I got home to review it.

We have not been able to attend the Canadian Figure Skating Championships because of distance until now. We thoroughly enjoyed the event and look forward to a future possibility of attending again. The venue was excellent because of the sight line we had.of the rink. We were intially concerned about the locaton of our seats but found them to be great!

Great event if you love figure skating. The seats are a bit uncomfortable at the Hershey centre but that has nothing to do with the show or the ease of booking tickets with Ticketmaster.
